An experienced and respected educator, administrator and author, she has been a community college professional for more than 50 years. Dr. Kurtinitis is resolutely committed to inclusive leadership and open communication, affirming her belief that the classroom is a far more important place on campus than the executive office.

Responsible for: Administration of instructional external outreach initiatives; providing leadership in the development, implementation and management of continuing education and contract training, expansion of CCBC Online, Veteran's Outreach, and the review, strategic and operational planning and resource allocation. Lead and participate in strategic discussions related to integration of credit/non-credit services and supports in areas where such integration is practical. Collaborate with other members of senior management, deans of instruction and student development to establish comprehensive academic and student development programs to support students assisted by these initiatives.
