Saturday public shows

School shows

The following shows are offered for elementary, middle, high or college school groups, during our fall and spring semesters. We also offer summer shows on a limited basis.

Types of shows	Different shows for different age levels (see list below)
Times	Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10:15 a.m.
Length of show	Tuesday and Thursday shows run 45 minutes to an hour depending on the age group. Wednesday and Friday shows run 30 to 40 minutes depending on the age group.
Cost	Free
Attendance requirements	Minimum of 15 and maximum of 65. Due to fire regulations the maximum of 65 people cannot be exceeded.*

*During the academic year (when classes are in session), finding parking can be a challenge for those groups arriving during the day to attend a show. Additionally, the presenters often have classes that they teach before and after the show times. Because of this, we must require that all groups attending a planetarium show during the day should arrive on time as a single group using a bus or a large van. The driver can drop the group off at the entrance to the Mathematics and Science Hall before the show and return when the show is complete.

Due to these conditions, we cannot accommodate groups arriving in multiple vehicles or those that cannot arrive at the planetarium within a few minutes of the show starting time and we cannot make exceptions.
