Home Inspection Pre-License Course
Learn about home inspection and prepare to acquire a Maryland State Home Inspection license. This 15-week course is offered twice a year (Fall and Winter/Spring). Students meet twice a week during the evening and a textbook is required.

Home Inspection Continuing Education I & II

These courses are intended for licensed home inspectors in need of continuing education hours (as mandated by DLLR). Each course provides 15 hours of continuing education credits for home inspectors. There are no prerequisites for the courses and they can be taken in any order. No textbook required.
