Microsoft Office Introduction & MS Office 365 Essential Skills

MS Office Introduction - Learn the basics of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access by doing hands-on projects. Navigate Word and use editing techniques to create and edit letters. Produce a worksheet with basic formulas and functions in Excel. Create a PowerPoint presentation. Build an Access database.

Topics to be covered include: creating, editing, saving, and printing a document; creating an envelope; creating WordArt and using Clip Art; creating and editing a spreadsheet; using Excel formulas, functions, and charts ; creating a PowerPoint presentation; delivering a slide show; creating an Access database; working with tables in Access; and previewing and printing data in Access.

Microsoft Office 365 Essential Skills  - Whether at your home or office, accessing Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications has never been easier. Office 365 provides a collaborative experience.

Introduction: Learn the basic functions and features of Access, database concepts, the Access environment, and the Help systems. Design and create databases and create queries, forms, and reports.

Introduction: Customize PowerPoint by modifying the Ribbon and changing application settings, apply themes and templates, and work with SmartArt graphics and tables. Add multimedia content and interactive elements to slides, and learn about presentation distribution options including PDF, HTML, and online broadcasts.
