Facility ManagementLearn the new regulations, safety, efficiency, and budgeting guidelines that will help you become a Facilities Management technician, or take on a leadership role in the industry!
Facility Managers are responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing building operations and services. They generally focus on using best practices to improve efficiency by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.
Our partnership with the Chesapeake Chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) allows us to offer courses leading to the Facility Management Professional™ (FMP) credential and the Sustainable Facility Professional ™ (SFP).
Through collaboration with the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council (NEEC) and Pennsylvania Center for Technology (PCT) we will offer courses leading to Building Operator Certification (BOC®). This is a nationally recognized certification designed to provide the skills needed for today’s more complex building systems. The focus is on understanding how to improve efficient operation of all building systems.
Corporate, onsite, and customized training available.
