Covers contemporary behavioral theory relating to the management of people at work; examines basic processes that are involved in the procurement, development, and maintenance of human resources including analysis of key internal and external factors, legislation, and global influence affecting management of employees. Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions.
