Students will gain basic horticulture knowledge for landscape and nursery employment and have the opportunity to sit for the Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional Certification. Classes will be held Thursdays and Fridays from Feb. 4 through May 14, 2021.

Program details
  • Students earn 12 credits in a workforce development curriculum that includes four courses and a co-op learning experience at a participating landscape company or nursery.
  • Interested students must be able to perform physical work (capable of routinely picking up 40 lbs.) and enjoy working outdoors.
