Do you meet the qualifications for the Maryland Dream Act?
As an open door admission institution, the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) grants admission to all students regardless of immigration status.In 2012, the Maryland legislature passed Senate Bill 167, also known as the Maryland Dream Act, which grants some non-U.S. citizens an opportunity to pay in-county tuition rates at Maryland’s community colleges. As an open door admission institution, the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) grants admission to all students regardless of immigration status. Those CCBC students who meet the Dream Act eligibility criteria and submit an Application for Non-Resident Tuition Exception for Undocumented Students, along with the required documentation, may be eligible to pay in-county tuition rates.
